Coat increase for home monitoring/ cancel service

Hi. Did anyone get an email about an additional $100 annual fee to keep professional monitoring services. The email instructs to click the “plan” button once signed in and click the “cancel professional alarm monitoring” option, but I can’t find it anywhere via the app nor the website. And the links provided in the email take me to the ring site so it looks like it is not a scam.
