Around the end of April, maybe 1st week of May we started noticing weird colors showing up on color night vision on our Ring Doorbell Plus, as well as both of our Ring Outdoor Cam Plus cameras. Someone else on here showed a screenshot complaining of the same thing happening to their cameras as well. We followed all of the possible solution steps that were posted to see if anything would help and nothing has helped including a factory reset. One thing that we did notice around the time was AI was added to the software update. If that's the case, it has completely rendered color night vision useless. Because the weird purple pink violet odd green colors bleed through so badly that the cameras cannot pick up anything, much less anyone who walks up to our house at night. If anyone has any suggestions or solutions please let me know. We have never had any problems at all with any of our Ring cameras and all 3 are less than 1 year old, up until a few weeks ago.
