Stuck updating deactivated no QR code
troubleshooting
My camera was stuck trying to to update so I recharged the batteries and factory reset it, it still didn't work so I deactivated it and now I cannot find the QR code to add it again. Help

Hi @user_5acd68. When you deactivate a device, you will need to set it up again in the Ring app to use it. On most Ring Cameras, the QR code is located on the back of the device. You may have to remove the camera from where it is currently installed in order to access the QR code.
