Spotlight Cam Reactivation
My spotlight cam started blinking constantly for no apparent reason. Nothing we did would stop it. We tried resetting it up without deactivation and it still kept blinking. Then we deactivated to stop the blinking thinking we just would reactivate it...we can't figure out how to reactivate it, we don't have the box and there is no QR code on the device - we did take it off the wall and there is no QR code that we can see. Any ideas?I was thinking that the mac address was in my account somewhere but I can't locate that either. Please help.

Hi @user_60e6f2. Is the device flashing a specific color? Is it the actual spotlights on the Spotlight Cam that are flashing? Have you opened the battery compartment? The QR code is either on the back of the device or in the battery compartment. You can also see an option in the Ring app to Setup Without Scanning.
