Ring spotlight cam pro wired missing triggers and not recording
We purchased the NEW Ring spotlight cam pro (wired) and much prefer our old spotlight cam as it would pick up triggers wider and more accurately than this new camera. Is anyone else finding the same issue.
The camera does not record triggers in the zone we have set up and we do have the paid subscription

Hi @user_e28236. How do you have your Motion Zones configured? If you feel comfortable doing so, feel free to share a screenshot. Additionally, do you have Smart Alerts enabled? Smart Alerts can reduce how many motion events you receive alerts for.
