Ring POE camera keep dropping offline and showing " This video is unavailable"

I got 2 POE spotlight pro cameras and they started dropping offline after the recent firmware update. It will suddenly drop offline for a few minutes to an hour and show " This video is not available" when it happens. Is Ring aware of this issue and is there firmware fix soon? Or is there a way to revert back to the old firmware version?
