Ring camera offline after charged and NEW batteries
Ring camera started going offline within hours of recharging batteries. Purchased new battery, still having same issue. Have redone setup also. Is it time for a new camera??

Hi @user_d94912. I recommend rebooting your router and factory resetting your Ring device to see if that helps. To reset your Ring device, press and hold the setup button on it for 20 seconds. This Help Center article has other steps you can try as well.
