Outdoor Stickup Cam has ruined our WiFi - help requested
We've always had a very stable, reliable and strong internet connection (through BRSK in the UK, using their Technicolour router) which has been with our Ring Doorbell.
Recently purchased a Ring Outdoor Stickup Cam (battery with solar connected) and it's been a nightmare since putting it onto our home WiFi network.
More often than not when trying to view the camera in the ring app it takes ages to load, or just says 'could not connect'. It's also made our internet connection on ALL devices laggy at times. It may take 5-10 seconds to connect to a website, but once the website is loaded it's fine. Same goes for apps etc.
Speed tests show the internet is at 500mbps but can often take 5-20 seconds to even start the speed test, when previously it would ALWAYS start immediately. YouTube videos are constantly stopping, buffering, then starting again even with 500mbps internet connecting.
I've no idea what's going on, but I've tried everything I can with the help of AI and I think it may be something to do with the outdoor cam spamming the router as I see 'kernel: [ ... ] nf_conntrack: table full, dropping packet' messages on the router log?
Things I've tried:
- Separated the router to individual 2.4ghz and 5ghz networks
- Moved the cam closer to the router, even sat it on top of it at times
- RSSI is -59 when used through the WiFi extender on 2.4ghz network
- I've changed the 2.4ghz channels to 1, 6, 11
I'm at my wits end trying fix it as the whole homes internet is nearly unusable now.
Many thanks in advance!

Hi @user_0fa276. Given that you're experiencing connectivity issues across your entire network, and not only with the Ring camera, I would suggest reaching out to your internet service provider first. They should be able to run more advanced diagnostics on your network to determine the root cause of the issue.
