Older camera
troubleshooting
I have an older outdoor camera. The camera image was cloudy. I tried to re-set my device. Unfortunately I can’t seem to start up the device. It ask for QR code or pin. Mine does not have those options. I press the button on top and it says my ring is ready to set up but nothing appears in my app Can I get a newer version camera and use the same mount/plate?

Hi @user_777646. The QR code is located on the back of the camera, which you should be able to scan. Pressing the button on the top of the camera will put it into setup mode. If you get a different camera, it is not recommended to use the mounting plate or pieces from the old camera.
