Motion detection only works up to the first half of the selected zone

Question

I have a camera on the side of my house that the zone goes out to the street, however, they have to be half way in my yard before it triggers, the exact same issue happens with my Ring Doorbell Pro 2.  It's almost exactly half way into the zone before i get an alert....if I stay in the second half and walk around i never get an alert at all...disappointing.

Hi @user68564. What specific device do you have? How high is it mounted? Can you share a screenshot of your cameras view? What is the RSSI for your camera? In order to assist you, we need this information to determine the cause of this issue.

I am also experiencing difficulties with the Spotlight Plus. Despite implementing an extension to reposition and rotate the device for optimal coverage, the issue persists. Furthermore, after removing and reinstalling the battery, the motion detection view has been reduced to approximately half of its original scope. Very disappointed.
