Low Power issues on Ring Plus outdoor cams

I just installed 4 outdoor ring plus cameras and they went on line without a problem.
Unfortunately, they are all reading low power mode running on external power. The cameras are 30-40feet from the power source each is connected to a usb port charging above 5volt and 12 watts each per guideline.
Have any ideas.

Hi @user_dafd8c. Can you confirm if the device name for the cameras you have is the Outdoor Cam Plus? You can verify the device name on the Device Health page in the Ring app. Are these cameras connected to a standard power outlet using the provided Ring power cable? You mentioned that they are connected to a USB port, but the Outdoor Cam Plus Plug-In should have the power adapter plugged into a standard power outlet.
