my friend as a powered up ring camera in his uk home he lives in Dubai.
he as now got new WiFi router in is uk home is he able to connect is camera from is ring app to the new router from Dubai

Hi @Willoweve15. No, your friend will need to be present with the Ring Camera to connect it to a new wifi router. While I can't officially make this recommendation, other users on the Community who have had this situation had a trusted friend or family member log into the Owner's Ring account to change the device's wifi network.
