Is there a different subscription needed for Cam Pro?
I had an installer out today. He was recommending that I get the Cam Plus instead of the Cam Pro because there was a subscription required in order to use the data from the Cam Pro. He also said that I have to the the Alarm Pro in order to use the Cam Pro. I'm not seeing anything that supports what he told me. So my question is, is he right? Do I need any kind of additional subscription for the Cam Pro that wouldn't be needed for the Cam Plus?

Hi @user_b10573. I'm not sure which Ring Camera you have, or which features you're looking to use, but the Ring Alarm is not required to use any Ring Cameras. You can view a breakdown of which features are included with each Ring Home plan at https://ring.com/plans. I'd recommend reviewing that information to determine which plan is the right fit for you based on what features you'd like.
