Hi I had same issue so I rang technical support who told me that Ireland has signed a treaty stating they are to issue 2 pin plugs I told the agent that’s incorrect as it’s not compatible with the electrical supply in Ireland he suggested I go buy 4 adapters so I again explained that by using a converter that will invalidate any home insurance as you cannot guarantee the safety of a random purchase of a converter, the agent tried to tell me how easy it was to do this i again said there is no way on earth that Ireland would tell a company to issue an incorrect electrical plug and that this sounds to me like RING have decided that if we want their products it’s cheaper to send EU 2 pin than issue 3 pin plugs to Irish customers! When I asked what was supplied to the UK he said 3 pin as it has to be compatible with your electrical supply!!! I had 21 ring products and was about to place another good sized order and an order for work but if this is the rubbish they’re telling Irish customers then I’m cancelling both very big orders!! Irish customers beware of this!!!

CHi @user_812943. Which Ring devices did you purchase that had the incorrect plug type? The specific device name, such as Indoor Cam, should be located on the box. I'm happy to check with my team to see what information I can find regarding the plug types.
