I have done everything you just mentioned and it doesn’t resolve the issue.

UI have also called support. They told me to do a hard reset. That did not resolve the issue either.

UI think you might want to double check your last update yall did. Probably the issue, bug in the update. Just saying.

- LI did try the suggestion of going to device care on the ring app for floodlights. Here I did the reset, and this cleared the problem for me.•

- UWell I have the opposite problem. No matter how or when or which way I try my lights won’t come on. No schedule, not dimmed. Not when manually turned on or when detection made.•

CHi @user43723. Make sure your Floodlight Cam has been [installed](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/115001262186-Installing-Your-Floodlight-Cam) properly. I would also recommend still trying the troubleshooting tips in the marked solution, such as the reboot and the power cycle. If this concern persists, please follow up with our [support team](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/213608406#callus) for further assistance.•0

Hi neighbors. If the lights on your Floodlight Cam are always on, try the following steps:
- Reboot your Camera using the Ring app.
- Power cycle your Camera by shutting off the power to it for a minute and powering it back on.
- Verify you do not have a Light Schedule in place that would keep the lights on.
If you have tried these steps and are still having the same concern, please follow up with our support team @Ring on Facebook, X, or Instagram.
