Don’t have the 5 digit pin to enter so can’t get online r

Hi. I installed the floodlight pro camera sometime ago. I had to change WiFi and now can not connect the camera again as I do not have 5 digit pin and the camera is 10metres high and not accessible to take down to see if there even is a PIN number visible inside. How can I get the camera back online?

Hi @user_9c1265. Are you trying to walk through a new setup, or are you following the instructions to reconnect the Floodlight Cam from the Device Health page in the Ring app? You shouldn't need to scan the QR code or enter the pin to reconnect the camera to wifi, but you may be prompted to do so if you are completing a new setup.
