Camera on a loop help

Our floodlight cam wired plus (plugged in) was changed to a chime pro once I did that it went on a non stop updating loop. I’ve tried resetting, power supply disconnect, changed back to old router and still not working:( please help

    Hi @user_660506. If you haven't done so already, check your router security settings to ensure the correct ports are open. You could also try temporarily lowering your firewall.
