For the Ring Indoor Cam, the power adapter you would want to purchase is this one on our website [here](https://en-uk.ring.com/collections/accessories/products/power-adapter-3-indoor-cam). Is that the one you purchased? This power adapter is compatible with our Indoor Cam, but if you have a different model of Ring Camera, it will not be compatible. You can verify which model you have by looking at the original packaging or at the Device Health page in the Ring App.

Hi Caitlyn_Ring Thanks for reply. Yes I buy exactly this cable is but it’s not compatible with my indoor camera. How I can return? And buy charge adapter for STICK UP CAM BATTERY? I see there port for charging. Please for any help 🙂
