Why do I have a Ring Home Trial just because I bought an additional camera?

I already have a Home Standard Plan for $99.99 a year. I bought a replacement camera to replace a damaged camera and now I have been enrolled in a Home Trial. Why, I already have a plan?

Hi @user_f80367. You have a trial because you added a new camera. The trial is not going to impact your existing Standard plan, which will still apply to all devices installed at the same location.
