I want you to make a warranty claim under my camera doorbell and I spoke to the support agent who advised that the device was in warranty and that the device was broken  (speaker was blown)however when she tried to send me a new device she advised that she couldn't fulfill my warranty because I live in South Africa. I don't understand this because ring is owned by Amazon Amazon is in South Africa and does stock ring devices and they're also a number of other retailers who do stock ring devices. Why can't my warranty be fulfilled?
