Unable to subscribe to monitoring plan

Like other I have found, when I click manage or subscribe, it just keeps looping me back around. I am signed in under the main email for the account which is what others have found is a solution. So not sure what else I can try. Seems silly that I have to try this hard to give Ring my money.

Hi @user_73085f. You want to make sure you do not have a VPN activated on the device you are using to subscribe to a plan. I would also suggest trying to use a different web browser.
