This post is more to provide feedback to Ring than anything else. I’ve had Ring with professional monitoring for about four years now, but I rarely turn on my alarm, so the professional monitoring is wasted on me. When I tried to downgrade my subscription, I had to first cancel my current subscription and now I have to wait until that subscription ends before I can sign up for a lower subscription. This means I lose all my videos in the process. This is just a huge hassle and I’ve never dealt with any subscription service that works this way. I should be able to downgrade or upgrade whenever I want not have to come back later to sign up for a new subscription.
