Need to change plan from pro to solo
I canceled my Pro plan and would like to add the solo plan but I do not get that option under plans. Only to renew my Pro plan.

Hi @user_ba5c47. The Ring Solo plan covers one Ring doorbell or camera, and you should be able to subscribe on Ring.com using the steps here. Can you share a screenshot of what you're seeing on your end? Make sure any personally identifying details are blocked out.
