MODE FEATURES ON MY APP HOME PAGE ARE MISSING

Not sure I'm doing this right since I have very little experience using this forum.  It's been quite a while since  I have used my ring system. My batteries were dead, so I charged all my batteries and then went onto the app to check battery levels, etc. I noticed that on the home page, all three of the "Mode" option settings are missing.  I tried going into settings to see if those modes settings were being hidden so I could drag them down to put them on the home page, no luck. Again, all three of those "Mode" settings are missing. I can't work my indoor cams since there is nothing there. 

Does anyone have a clue how I am able to get these mode settings back onto my app?  I am not able to tell my cams that I am away, or home, or whatever (don't remember exactly what those three mode settings are suppose to be. If anyone can help, I would appreciate it because if I can't get this fixed, then this ring system is no longer any use to me so I might as well cancel my membership and then throw them into the garbage. 

Please help if you know what I going on here....thank you.

    Hi @user_1df020. Some updates were recently made to the Ring Protect plans, and Modes are no longer available with the Basic plan. Access to Modes requires the Plus or Pro plan. You can still adjust individual camera motion schedules, Smart Alerts, and privacy settings, through the device settings for your Indoor Cam. If you have two or more devices, the Plus plan is a better option price-wise than subscribing to two or more Basic plans.

      I recently spent 20 minutes with a Ring support supervisor expressing my frustration and disappointment with the modes features being removed from the basic plan. This was an important feature unilaterally remove by Ring. 

      In addition, I paid for a 1 yr basic subscription which included this feature.  Now it’s no longer part of the basic plan.  Corporate “bait and switch.” 

      Supervisor was understanding, but unwilling to push my call to the corporate level.  

      Removing that feature is nonsense!  

      As you said, it is a popular feature that most everyone uses. Just another example of corporate greed. SMH

      I hope many other users loudly complain about the removal of this feature.

      If you’re reading this, please call and complain to a supervisor. Maybe we can get the feature restored until our annual subscription expires. 

      If this doesn’t happen, they will lose me as a customer, since moving up to the next plan makes no financial sense to me. I only own 1 doorbell.

      I AM CONTACTING THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU to file a complaint. I urge others to follow suit.
