How to Cancel Download Data Request
Hi! I accidentally clicked "Download Data" instead of "Delete Data" on my Ring account. Now I have a pending 30-day download request, and it's disabled my Delete Data option. I'm giving my doorbell to my daughter and want to clear my personal data first. Can someone cancel the pending download so Delete Data re-enables, or confirm I just need to wait 30 days? Thanks so much!
