HELP: Doorbell video goes dark
Periodically our doorbell video goes dark even though the porch light is on. I think it usually happens when my husband or I use the front door.

Hi @user_add781. Yes, I can see it now! Thank you for sharing. I can totally tell what is happening now. Do you see how the left side is reflecting off of the brick? That's what is causing the issue. The bright spot is causing a contrast in the night vision. To mitigate this, you can buy a Corner Kit to angle it away from the bricks.
