Floodlight cam pro problem

Got my ring floodlight hung today above my garage yesterday. The installer was setting the lights to what he thought would be correct. He tells me the the lights wiggle and doesn’t see a way to tighten them. The camera has a ring nut to tighten camera but the arms have nothing. Any help with this. Did he miss something? I paid $150 to have it installed

Hi @user_58e8e0. The Lights on the Floodlight Cam do not require tightening. They simply move into place and stay put. Are yours drooping are not staying where they have positioned?
