Hi @user_2ef281. With an active Ring Home subscription, videos can be stored for up to 180 days. The default video storage time is 60 days in the U.S., with options ranging from 1 to 180 days. Once a video is deleted, either manually or due to the video storage time ending, it cannot be recovered.
