This popped up on iOS. Called tech support. I’m having to manually set my alarm from the keypad until they can figure this out. Said it was my carrier, AT&T.       Same issue with me, also the cameras are going in and out. My WiFi is strong with no connection issues. I have to set the alarm manually with the keypad so something must still be causing problems with the AWS network. The plan is not listed at all so my concern is the alarm goes off but doesn’t notify anyone. Is anyone still out there through this whole mess. I am also having problems with Alexa doing anything.

        Hi @user_8ef7a8. We experienced multiple system outages on October 20, from 10:00 UTC to 22:27 UTC. These issues are now resolved, and you should be able to use the Ring app and your Ring devices without issue.
