Upgrade path from 1st gen alarm to new pro sytem

Just wanted to see if there was any planned upgrade path for existing alarm customers to the new Pro system. Obviously there is a difference in the monthly plan cost, but do you have any trade in program or at the very least a recycling program for your old alarm base stations?

I'm hoping Ring will realize, there's no one size fits all. Ring Alarm Pro should be a new improved device with it's new PRO subscription. Many not necessarily want to have a router integrated as they may have already invested in other mesh routers for example, or using ISP provided routers. Keep the existing 1st gen or upgrade it, and if you wanted to increase the monthly fee fine, but have an option without the pro benefits. What if we already have an Eero 6 or Eero Pro and are paying for their subscription service?
