Ring base alarm died
troubleshooting
Our base alarm is less than a year old. Yesterday, we noticed the blue light on top was out and that we weren’t getting any alerts when doors open or close.
checked the wall plug, it was fine. Did a reset, nothing. Unplugged, waited 30 minutes, plugged back in and we briefly saw an orange light covering the WiFi sign but still didn’t work. The light lasted but a couple seconds.
We made no changes or had any internet issues.
Help an old (Edited per community guidelines) please
