Ring alarm pro using 24/7 backup internet

Hi everyone. I need some help figuring out why my ring alarm pro keeps saying it’s using 24/7 backup internet. It’s been displaying that in the ring app for about 18 hours now. I’ve checked my home internet and it’s running fine. I disconnected and reconnected the modem. I disconnected the Ethernet cable from the ring alarm pro to the modem. I tried soft resetting the ring alarm pro. Nothing’s worked. Anything else I can try? Thanks!

    Hi @user_6ca66f. You may need to check with your ISP to make sure there isn't an outage. You may also want to check the Eero app for more information.
