Not Receiving Motion Alerts

Each time I open my ring app, my motion alerts has turned itself off. It will only stay on for a few minutes and then turn itself off again. When I go into my settings to fix it, it will automatically turn itself back on but it is not staying on. I am assuming it's an app issue? The doorbell itself is working just fine. Please help!

Hi @user_c799c1. What type of phone do you have and what version of the Ring app is installed? What Ring device is this happening with? How long has this been happening? Are you using any schedules or Modes that could be conflicting with this? This information will give me a good starting point for troubleshooting this.
