Keep getting email to finish alarm professional monitoring setup

Not sure why, but I keep getting an email entitled "Finish Alarm Professional Monitoring Setup".  The email states that I have not finished setup and my service won't be activated until I completed setup - but when I go to the RING app, there is nothing that shows that I need to finish.

As a troubleshooting step, I changed monitoring to "self" and then back to "professional", and it appeared to work, but a week later I once again received the email to finish setup.

This is incredibly frustrating because I've paid for monitoring.

Any help is appreciated.

    Hi @Drummer_Dude. It could be that the email is delayed, causing it to arrive after you already enabled Professional Monitoring. Try checking through this article to ensure you have completed all the steps necessary for setting up Professional Monitoring.
