How do I remove an old keypad that won’t power on? It’s completely dead. I keep getting stuck on listening for device, but that will never happen. Is there a way to just remove the device?

    Hi @SolarEclipse. You'll need to do whats called "Removed Failed Device". This can be found in the Ring app under the Keypad Menu > Device Settings > Advanced Options > Removed Failed Device. Let me know if this works for you.
