How do I turn off the chimes for my front door?
troubleshooting
I have checked in the community and forums and NONE of the suggestions turns off the chimes when my front door opens. I am getting work done on my house and the stupid chimes go off all the time!! I cannot find access to my sensors in the app and there's nothing intuitive about the instructions. Finding this to be very frustrating.

Hi @user_2e1e34. To turn off Open Alerts for your contact sensor, follow these steps:
- Open the Ring app.
- Tap on the three lines on the top left side.
- Tap on Devices.
- Select your Alarm Base Station
- Select the sensor that is on your front door.
- Select Chirp Tones
- Tap on None and tap on Save.
