Dashboard tiles for cameras not refreshing

I have 7 ONVIF POE cameras enabled on the Ring app. 1x Amcrest, 1x Dahua, 1x Reolink, 4x Hikvision On the dashboard where you can see a preview of each camera, only the Amcrest seems to refresh every 30 seconds. The other cameras do not refresh at all. Does anyone know how to fix this?

You can find all of the troubleshooting information for ONVIF cameras we have [here](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/4413313480468-Troubleshooting-your-Ring-connected-ONVIF-compatible-camera). If that information doesn't help, I'd recommend reaching out to our support team at one of the numbers available [here](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/213608406#callus). Make sure to request to speak with the Ring Alarm team, since ONVIF cameras are connecting through the Ring Alarm Pro.
