troubleshooting
The sensor triggered and correctly detected water
the water has been addressed the floor is dry but the sensor still alerts to water detected how do we stop this and return it to detection mode??
there has to be a better way than a factory reset

Hi @user_908449. If you have made sure the sensor is dry and cleared the water detected event but are still getting the water detected alert, give our support team a call for further assistance.
