My chime is unresponsive. I tried a hard reset and nothing. Changed outlets and tried again and still nothing I don’t even see a blue light on or flashing blue light. In fact I see no light at all like it’s dead. I know the outlets are good and the WiFi is still up because I can access the internet on my tablet. Can they die? Don’t know what else to try.
