Return outside 30 days
I need to return a video doorbell corner kit (order number XXXXXXXXXX-1663555) but the 30 day window has passed.
It was first purchased as we did not believe the video doorbell was picking up movement due to the angle. Following advice through the Ring chat, I had to return the video doorbell for a replacement because it was faulty.
Following the receipt of the replacement doorbell, we realised we did not need the corner kit for it to work correctly.

As I was unable to return the corner kit within the 30 days because I didn’t know it was not needed for the doorbell to work (it was a faulty doorbell) and I had to wait over a week for the replacement, can I please still now return the corner kit for a refund?
