Does anyone have a good phone number for technical support in the US?  The published number is manned by people from another country.  They are easy to understand but, they need to look up the answer to every question I asked - including the "senior technical support" person I spoke to.  And, they did not give me the information I needed.  I rate their support at a 2.  I am being kind.  Very disappointing for a company like Amazon.
