Not happy with ring service at all.

places an order on the 31st on the uk website. I have confirmation for 3-5 days, 5 days had gone and I had no updates on my order. I get in contact with them to find out part of my order is being shipped internationally.

i was not made aware of this when I paced my order nor was I told this in my confirmation order. 

8 days into my order and they now saying this should be shipped out next week.

not acceptable from ring at all
