How long for accessory to ship?
shipping

Been waiting 2 weeks and accessory I ordered still has not shipped.

is there a way to poke them? The chat which I think is just AI says it can’t check to see when it will ship.

looking for maybe an email to ask when it will ship?

    Hi @user_c3c542. What specific accessory was this? Sometimes, specific devices have a certain date they will ship out on, based on product release times. You should have an email from Ring about your order, or you can just check by logging in on Ring.com. Thank you.

      Still no update after 4 weeks, ended up calling since the web app was no longer updating, looks like the order got lost. Supposed to ship in a couple more days. Fingers crossed, definitely major customer service fail for AI, app and the 45 minutes it took just to call in for the shipping update. Makes me regret not buying from Amazon.
