Hi @Ringringlol. Yes, that is correct. The default alert tone for the Chime Pro is only going to play the "Ding-Dong" sound once, as this sound also plays at the Doorbell itself. You do have some other options for the alert tones that your Chime Pro will play when the Doorbell button is pressed. Open the Ring App \> Main Menu \> Devices \> Chime Pro \> Audio Settings \> Chime Tones. Here you'll find the different sound options available for both rings and motion. I hope that helps! :)

No, when you press a doorbell, it should ring, every time. Door bells don’t have a reload or refractory time... This is a defect.
