Buy Ring thru Amazon, not Ring Website

Last night, i purchased the battery doorbell pro thru ring website. The website showed “0 orders” when I checked the status. I called customer service and they said the item was out of stock and Id be waiting 1-3 WEEKS for shipping info. Why did they allow me to order an out of stock item? I ended up ordering the same product thru Amazon prime and it’ll get here TOMORROW. I called Ring to cancel what I ordered thru them and I was told they could not process a refund until I received the item. The order hasn’t even shipped yet and they say they can’t refund me until i get the item. Even at that time, the refund they say will take 7-10 business days to process. UNACCEPTABLE. NEVER BUY THRU RING SITE. GO STRAIGHT TO AMAZON!
