Battery in one of door sensors use up so fast
troubleshooting
I bought the Ring Security system (Gen 2 ) and installed for about one and a half year. I found that one of the door sensors used up the batteries extremely fast. It lasts only a few days even if I replace with new batteries! However, all other sensors behave normally.

Hi @user_23a590. Typically, the batteries used in the Contact Sensor should last for several months, depending on the activity. Is this Contact Sensor installed on a door that is opened and closed frequently throughout the day? How far away from the Base Station is this sensor? What material is the door made of?
