I have two cameras and both are connected the same to the Ring solar panel accessory. One camera on Solar Status says "A Ring solar accessory is connected and able to charge this device" and the other says Solare Status "connected"
Why is there a difference? Is the one showing "connected" not working? Both in bright and sunny areas?

I find myself replying to my own post - but might be useful for others. It appears that connected is not the same as "A Ring solar accessory is connected and able to charge this device" despite what Chat GPT and similar might say. As having disconnected and re inserted the USB C cable the other way round (trick often used when connecting a laptop to a usb c monitor) the status changed from "connected" to "A Ring solar accessory is connected and able to charge this device".
Having been at 41% the battery is now at 97% and seems to be working fine

Same issue.. outdoor cam plus, small solar panel. "A Ring solar accessory is connected and able to charge this device"
Battery just drains, gets full morning sun.
An stick up gen3 charges no problem at all. Screen shot of gen 3 stick up cam. Taken at 8pm.

The problem one is below is at ~8pm, reboot does nothing.
I also swapped the solar usb-c around as well.. no change.

Hi @user_efa2f3. Can you share screenshots showing these two messages in the Ring app? Are both cameras the same model, or are they different? The device name is located on the Device Health page in the Ring app. Have you noticed the battery draining quickly in either camera, or do they appear to be receiving a trickle charge from the solar panels?
