Share Ring Account on Wife's Phone
I sent a share request to my wife's email address. She received the email but before she can access the account, it is asking her to scan every device. I am not going to climb a ladder and look for a barcode to scan or remove my Ring doorbell to scan the back. Is there any other way for my wife to have the same phone view and notification as I have on my phone without having to scan every device?Feedback appreciated.

Hi @tnolte. Ring devices can only be set up under one Ring account, so Shared Users do not set the devices up on their account. I'd recommend deleting the Shared User invite, and resending it to your wife. Make sure you are sending it to the email address associated with her Ring account, and select to share your Ring devices. She should then be able to accept the invitation from the Control Center either in the Ring app, or in Ring.com. Once she has accepted the invitation, she should see a Shared Location in the Ring app with the shared devices.
