Ring Web Live View No Longer Stays Fullscreen
When viewing a live camera feed on the Ring website (ring.com) in full screen, the video initially fills the entire width of the screen. After about a minute, thin gray vertical bars appear on both the left and right sides, slightly shrinking the video. The view then sometimes returns to full width, and the cycle repeats while the stream remains live.
This happens consistently across multiple browsers (Brave, Edge, Firefox, etc.) and on both a desktop computer and a smart TV web browser. The issue does not occur in the Ring mobile apps on iPhone or iPad, where the live view remains true fullscreen.
This behavior started (for me) about two or three weeks ago and did not happen previously, which suggests a recent change or bug in the Ring web interface or live player rather than a hardware or local configuration issue.

Hi Caitlyn, this does not occur on the Ring app on my iOS devices, only the web version.
Below is a link showing the issue. It is a constant occurrence.
