Nowhere to quickly find 'starred' videos

Why doesn't Ring have a dedicated folder to see just 'starred' or saved videos? For the price of the devices and subscription, I'm very surprised to find that quick retrieval of saved videos isn't possible. I was told that I would need to download videos to my device to save them. Ring seems ridiculously behind the times with their technology. Does anyone know of any other brands of security video products that you can easily go right to saved videos?

Hi @user_793338. Thank you for sharing your feedback, we're always looking for ways to improve the Ring app. To clarify, starring a video in the Ring app does not save it. Once a video is deleted, either manually or because the video storage time ends, it cannot be recovered. If you want to save any videos, the recommendation is to download them to your phone or computer.
